Czech Medical Herbs became the very first importer of Medical Grade Cannabis to Czech pharmacies in 2014. Nowadays the company distributes Medical Grade Cannabis of worldwide leading Canadian company – Aurora. CMH also commenced a cooperation with a Czech Medical Cannabis producer Lagom Pharmatech.  CMH together with Lagom Pharmatech introduced Medical Grade Cannabis under a registered trade mark MeCann (Medical Cannabis). MeCann found its place not only between Czech patients. CMH commenced an export of MeCann to Germany in Q4 2024. At the same time CMH was approved as a registered supplier of narcotics for medical purposes in Switzerland.

The Czech Republic implemented 90% reimbursement from a health insurance policy for every applicable patient, starting 2020.

There are few research organizations established by government, which are entitled to run breeding Cannabis programs and Cannabinoids research in the Czech Republic. These special research licenses are granted by the Czech Ministry of Health. CMH has a close cooperation with two research organizations. CMH helped to established cooperation between an Australian company and a
Czech research institution in 2016. In this case the research is focused on breeding strains suitable for the pharmaceutical industry and tissue culture research. Since the initial contact, CMH has outsourced day-to-day managerial functions locally for an Australian investor. The service provided by CMH covers recruitment, functional guidance, reporting, export/import licenses of a plant
material, accounting, law and tax advisory.
